You've been invited to apply for #TeamSHOC because you are at the top of your game. We want to foster a culture of pushing SHOC to be THE best visor company in the sporting industry. You can't do that unless you are working with the best.

The vision for TeamSHOC is very simple. We look for you guys to be our silent voice. Wear our products with pride and promote them on your social channels. We know our visor line is THE best out, and so you should not have a problem wearing them in game.

Expectaions

• Try your best to Like and comment on SHOC posts on our Instagram feed and if you are following us on other socials please do the same there. Comment can be any relevant comment or icon that promotes the post and supports the brand.
• Exclusive Visor Brand Partner - We will expect that we are the only visor brand you work with. There are many other brands out there now that sell inferior products and we don't want to be in the same "conversations" as them. Obviously, we will not prohibit an offer from a major brand that can add real value to your portfolio. But we don't want to be watered down with all these recent visor "brands" that have entered the market.
• Provide us some type of content on your feed, at least 2 small video snippets a season, wearing our SHOC visor products or promoting them in some way. Obviously, we would love to receive more. We need small video content for Instagram stories and Tik Tok posts. If you simply tag us on your Instagram story we will repost instantly every time, helping you to grow your social presence as well.
• Make at least 2 posts on any social media account subtlety promoting the visor. Can be photos of you receiving the new visor, photos of you with your teammates wearing the visor. Action photos are awesome as well. Again we'd love to receive more posts than just the two.
• Tag us on any posts that you do make on social with the SHOC product, with #TeamSHOC and as well as on Instagram with our account name @s_h_o_c

• Promote brand to team mates and friends with your 15% discount offer. Place your affilaite link in your title and use your 15% coupon code to promote the SHOC products. GET PAID...
• Connect us with any Networks that you feel would help us grow our business. Some of them can be League leadership. Team Equipment Managers. Other highly influential social accounts.
• When viewing social media and you see other people posting our products simply make a comment @s_h_o_c so that we can see the post. And can potentially connect with them also.
• Participate in a TeamSHOC Athlete Interview on our SHOC Live Show. This will also help promote your channels.
• Subtlety promote the SHOC brand as an ambassador. For instance...When you see large accounts ask, "What's your favourite visor?" comment @s_h_o_c and give a valid positive reason why. We continuously see these types of posts and comments and it really helps to influence and positively promote our brand.
• Product Development - We are always looking for new ideas and how we can expand the brand. If you have an idea of an improvement that we can make to the current line, or another product that would add value to the football community we are always open for new ideas.
• Negative feedback - If you receive the free product and you EVER have an issue, please contact James directly james@shoc.com and give details explaining what the problem is. We will address all concerns as quickly as possible.
• Keep us in mind of how we can support your endeavours, Kid's youth camps etc.

Team SHOC Content Bonus

• Any TeamSHOC member that publishes a content video on any social platform, that SHOC takes part on, and that goes viral, over 300K views and is directly tagged/linked to the SHOC account on that platform, we will provide a one time reward of a $200 cash payment. If you have an account that has multiple viral content posts, then we are more than happy to consider other means of compensation and further negotiate compensation for these posts on an individual basis.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration. This invitation is for 2020 only and we will re-invite members each year after and base on the previous year's performance to continue partnership or not.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

Your Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts. Note: You are not allowed to add your link or coupon code to a SHOC or other member's post. This will get you removed from the program.

Affiliates might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If the customer clicks on both the affiliate link and uses the affiliate's coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.

Affiliates may also advertise merchant websites on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and payment

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you will need to setup a PayPal account or accept store credit on SHOC.com Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Marketing tool

We may share with you promotional media such as banners, logos or specific store collections as a promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on your affiliate channels and help you with marketing efforts.

5. Cookie

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

Cookies expiry day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the provided coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at the SHOC/com website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).

6. Removal from Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can request to be removed by contacting: james@shoc.com.

7. No Negativity

Any Negativity towards our competitors, customers or SHOC will see you removed from the program instantly. This business was founded as a positive force in our sport and we only want to ever engage the community in this manner.

This Privacy Policy of Secomapp about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates, and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Secomapp under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Secomapp (the data controller).

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details, and social network information,...The information would help merchants evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process-specific activities within the app and contact affiliates if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting the merchant website

In order to track referral orders, when customers visit the merchant website and make a purchase, the Secomapp system will collect information of orders such as total orders, order items, order ID.

About Cookies

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.

Cookies are created when a user's browser loads a particular website. The website sends information to the browser which then creates a text file. Every time the user goes back to the same website, the browser retrieves and sends this file to the website's server.

Information sharing

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of Secomapp app by Children

Secomapp is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

Secomapp understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through james@shoc.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
