How Long Will It Take For My Item To Arrive?

SHOC Canada warehouse operations are conducted from Caledonia, Ontario Canada  N3W 1J5. Although we do our best sometimes the chosen delivery service can hold up items. These delays are out of our control. During the Christmas and Football ordering seasons there are always delays so please plan accordingly during this time. We appreciate your patience. SHOC does not guarantee shipping delivery times, these are the responsibility of the carrier. In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. We are NOT a 24/7 shipping operation and do not ship on weekends. If expedited shipping is selected this ONLY expedites the shipping, not the pick and pack. Express or Fast delivery options refer to when the item leaves our warehouse. For instance, if you order at 8 pm on Thursday night it will go out on Friday, and be delivered within the quoted time. Please take that into consideration when selecting the shipping service.

Will you ship internationally? Yes, from our USA Website, SHOC.com we will ship to all other parts of the world.
